| Just wow.....the attention to detail is awesome ^^ I have to find out how you made your props! I'm a fan of making props, and love the challenge, so any tips you have would be great. | |

| first and most important tip - don't ever try on that guantlet - the straps were so tight it cut off blood supply to my hand. i rescued and repainted a transformers toy for the new guantlet, which looks something like this: the sword, however, was not my work, though i understand how it was made and look forward to making some of my own - for those who want to give it a go, it started likfe as a Stormhawks toy. | |

| That's such a cool costume, Quicksilver! I like that the props are all made out of kids toys too, hehe. I can't wait to start making stuff like that. I really am just starting out - bought the obligatory pair of goggles yesterday, lol. So I shall start customising them as soon as I can. | |

| I would love to be able to do steampunk for alcon but I know steampunk can be quite expensive in comparason to other cosplays. So shall see how I go with time and money. On another note i really love this and would love to have ago at making something so beautiful! Prob wont be able to make the whole thing, might have to get thrifty and find lots of secondhand stuff i can mod. | |

| also, notice the steam driven mallet in the background. one player brought a mallet made out of a flamingo (very alice in wonderland)...
...and get your own Fist-O!! :-) | |
