| Hey hey Just got a little tip when using fur. Instead of cutting it with scissors, use a very sharp craft knife, that way you are only cutting the base fabric (that the fur is attached to) not the fur itself. This can help avoid 'molting' etc. and keeps the edges looking nicer | |

| hey, i was always told hut one inch into the fabric, then rip using bare hands - but only when going with the grain of the fur | |

| Thats a good tip too ofc, i'm pretty bad at it. But sometimes you need to cut around a pattern piece, which arent often just straight lines hehe | |

| true - i typically usew fur in larger pieces - am currently planning a cloak made of fake fur, real doe leather, and bones for a shaman character to go into the Looking Glass project | |

| That sounds pretty nice! The market in leicester often does really good quality fur, and they do deals on it. Their luxury fur evens out at about £10 per metre, and it really is fantastic fur
