winter lolita, first draft!

ok this is my first draft of winter lolita ^^
Lot's of ribbon, bows, lace and fur lining With a nice BIG bow at the back ^^

OMG shadow your so talented. I totally need some inspiration for a loli outfit.
No idea what to do since i look a fool in most of it lol.
Goth loli is gonna be my starting point i think.
Have you got colours for the design yet?
OOOOH ans it totally needs a hand muff

heh I've just spent alot of time thinking about it tbh.
If you're designing it yourself you'll know what looks good on you, so you wont look like a fool, I look horrendous in sweet loli haha!

It's gonna be all white

Omg, forgot to put the hand muff on lol, yeah Iv'e been going on about having a hand muff for it, great minds think alike!

yeah i think the same for sweet loli for me lol.
Prob gonna try an elegant loli and elegant goth loli as they may not be so bad

pic 4 is the shrug i made, broach from market



it has matching furry mittens

still need to make, russian style furry hat, handwarmer and other accessories

cba to type more since iv'e typed it all once already lol

Oooh making good progress! Only thing I would suggest is if possible could you wear the skirt over the corset? Generally for the right silhouette in lolita you need a skirt that flares out from you natural waist rather than from your hips

Think i'm gonna remake the skirt so that the material doesn't weigh down the skirt like it does. I have some lightweight see through shiny fabric, can't remember the name, as well as the fabric I originally used. Any ideas?

all i can think of is using a diaphanous material, and cutting it a little more 'ragged' than what you had on - in various shades of white and cream, it would make something that was both solid color, while floating around you like a snow cloud or flake - just a thought

I ended up making it with the same fabric, but will be adding the see-through shiny white fabric too when i get round to it
