Homemade caramel shortbread is absolutely lush, a thousand times better than you get in the shops and actually fairly easy to do. Also do we want to bake anything savory? I love homemade quiche too, again so much better than shop bought stuff! And cupcakes of course Very Happy

Maybe we could look into some authentic chinese dishes too? Just so we don't all develop diabetis that weekend

Lol yeah, we need to balance out the sugar with some savory food. I can make egg fried rice. I can also do sushi and bento stuff, I have boiled egg molds!.

I totally need to twist Chris's arm so we can have bake-a-con here seeings as I have a ton of equipment and enough space to get us all in the kitchen Very Happy

Oh god, I have the greatest creation known to man. I bought it in NZ on my travels - its called a Sushezi. It is amazing. It makes perfect rolls of sushi ^^
