PostSubject: Make-up!   Make-up! EmptyThu Jun 24, 2010 1:08 pm

Anyone who knows me knows I have MASSES of make-up!
I love make-up and I love how much you can do with it, how it doesn't just have to be plain, you can make yourself a work of art!

So thought we could share what make-up we use, pictures of what we've done with it, tips etc? Or if anyone had any questions about make-up, maybe if they don't wear it much etc

If it's popular then we can make it it's own section, if not then we can keep it here ^^

So start!

Snazaroo face paints all the way Razz It's what I use for LARP, my Crow and troll make up etc.

Also prosthetics. I love prosthetics. I suck at them though Razz

Have occasionally used guyliner and guyshadow...

ah yes, Snazaroo is fantastic for face paint Smile

Eyeliner, I like pencil eyeliner for inside then the liquid eyeliner for the lids ^^
Foundation-wise, I'm liking Maybeylline dream sating and dream matte mousse (not at the same time mind you Razz)

I just recently got some MAC gel eyeliner, it's fantastic, so much easier to put on than liquid.

Lol yeah kinda, this stuff is totally worth it though, at least I think so. But then the amount I spend on dresses lately it doesnt seem so bad XD I don't own any of their other products but I know so many girls swear by the stuff.

I think its worth spending a bit extra on key peices of make up. Eye shadows should be cheap but I believe in goin for the more high end products that are goin to be sitting on ur skin alot.

Agreed, i think especially so for foundation.
Eye shadow wise i use Fraulein38, the quality is really good and they do great colours in their selections, but for single eyeshadows Urban Decay have some amazing ones, i only really use Urban Decay pencil eyeliner tbh, it's lovely and soft and doesnt really look like pencil when put on!
Iv'e found collection 2000 realllly cheap, but actually not that bad quality!

GOSH liners are great they come in so many colours and they go on so easy. They are really soft pencils too which helps me being part blind in one eye they are easier to apply when I cant see. lol.

Do they stay on well? The pencil eyeliner I have at the moment seems to completely disapeer by the end of the day.

Mine stays on well. I use a lot of it tho cos eye shadow powder doesnt stay on me so make up for it with my fave purple liner under the eye. its more 'creamy' so it stays on better.

Looking back, should I worry that I was the first person to reply to this and seem incredibly eager about it?
